  1. Lahore Gymkhana purchased new AC of your brand, and on 10/06/2019 a complaint # C6/16 registred but uptill now thers is no respons from technical team. Also we need 32 2 ton split units for which an email sent to your office there is no response on it as well.
    Please advice what to do, should we think that it is beyound your capibilities to address customers and should we switch to other brand.
    I am sure there must not be any syestem to check the website based complains in your company so i am already thing there will not be any response for this complain.
