    There is no customer service.

    A- They sell me faulty model of refrigerator.

    B-complained for one month then inspection team bothered to visit.

    C-fridge got lifted assuring that it will be replaced by new piece within 10days.

    D- its been 20 day I haven’t heard from Haier.

    E- Complain is under Gulshan service centre, n that are worst.

    F-nobody bothered to update you, when i tried chasing them they give you vague answers like: complain is in process”.

    E- IF ask for actual status with delivery time line they simply say its not in our hands will drop when receive.

    F-IF u make a follow up of your product they start avoiding you. manager sb always busy in meeting as if he is working on some nuclear power invention.

    J- HOPELSS HAIER!!!!!!!!

    suffering from last 2 months and despite of 100 complains no action has been taken, no call received from HAIER.
    NO body is responsible to adreess the issue.

    Extremely Disappointed!

    Salam,
    I have purchased Haier HRF336TDC on 4th Jun 2017 from AYS University Road Peshawar for cash Rs 41000.
    Since purchase it is cooling too high. Cooling is so high that even heavy layers of ice are formed in fridge compartment. I requested AYS to look after But they replied that I may complain at UAN Helpline. As AYS did not responded, therefore, I complained at helpline. The next day a Rep came & put it on Fuzzy setting but the problem was not solved. I am really surprised that a new product is bothering me so much, as no setting is solving the problem. After about a week I have to switch it off and wait to let the heavy extra ice to melt off. This ice in fridge compartment is so thick that even the racks used to get struck in to it. I again made a complaint on helpline.
    On Friday 14th July, Haier Rep Mr. Farhad visited & checked the Refrigerator. He confirmed that the Unit circuit is having problem & it’s cooling system is continuous running & is not in order, therefore, its making heavy ice even in fridge compartment. He told that he will inform his officials to get the unit replaced. When there was no response, I again contacted service center & requested to resolve the issue. The next day Mr. Afroze along with his staff came & thoroughly checked the Unit. He also confirmed that probably there is problem in the PCB of unit. He told that he will talk to management and fresh unit will be replaced but till date nothing has been done. On 27 July 2017, I got an SMS that your complaint no. PKPR170725103070 has got pending due to non-availability of the part. I also contacted Mr. Imran of AYS and iformed him the whole issue & requested to do the needful.
    I am unable to know that why a new product is not being catered for, by the seller AYS. Whether they have to only sell out the product. My point is that the product has some inbuilt fault, which the seller knew before selling it. I may be delivered new Unit and this faulty Unit may be Studied / Checked by the Quality Control in their own time and not on my cost.
    I once again reiterate that this speaks the poor management of AYS & Haier, due to which I am bearing heavy mental torture.
    I request to please look after the issue. I would request to please replace my fridge with some other model, may be any previous model, which may not have such like problem.
    I would be really thankful for kind consideration.

    Dear Haier complaint cell,
    I had a very bad experience of your inverter ACs. From the day of their installation till today, i am facing problems, though your complaint cell services are quite quick and your rep came as per promised number of times. But failed to resolve the problem. Believe me i feel odd to complain once again as i dont have confidence that your representative is really trained to resolve the issue. Anyhow, I shall be grateful if my below mentioned issues are resolved, which i am facing since day one.

    1. I bought two ACs and installed them in the month of May. One inverter AC is unable to provide requisite cool environment despite round the clock running. and on complaints your rep has come twice to refil the gas, but the issue is still persisting. I got it checked up from various other resources which has revealed that probably your inner unit has some in-built problem due to which if we switch off the AC for more than one day, it leaks gas.

    2. The other inverter hot and cool AC creates unpleasant noises while running, and those sounds become more pronounced during night time which is very annoying.
    Few experts have suggested that it has no solution except the change of indoor units and it seems that reps from Haier visiting to resolve this issue are just visiting to attend the complaint with the intention to let the warranty period expired

    Very pathetic products
    As i bought a fridge 2 years ago it had some compressor problem amd they changed it but funny thing is that once again i am facing the same issue and they are asking me to pay for the repair
    I would never use haier products again.
