The company opened in Pakistan as Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan which is a joint venture between Honda Cars and Atlas Cycles Ltd. The joint venture was signed between both the companies on August 5, 1993. They started 6 dealerships across the country and started booking of cars in July 1994. The cars mainly sold in the country are Honda Accord, Honda Civic, Honda City, Honda CR-V and Honda HR-V.

  7. AA! We have booked two BR-V-CVT-S TAFFETA White on dated 9th May 2017. Booking Numbers are 0034000238, 0034000236. We already have 2 Honda City Aspire Model # 2013. We are regular user of Honda. We need a favor. We booked these cars in White Colour, but now instead of White colour we want both cars in Black colour. The delivery date of both cars is 30th November 2017.

  9. I have booked my car with honda in jan 2017 with an order number 1104892 through bank islami. Initially i was told that car was delivered in 4-5 months.
    Lately they told me in june 17, than they said it was delivered in july 2017.
    But now it was 8th august, still no news from honda atlas and bank islami.
    No one is picking phone numbers of honda to give my any reply.
    Please help.

    I have booked my car honda city manual in april 3 2017 color white with an order number 39000254 through bank al habib. Initially i was told that car was delivered in 3 months. Lately they told me in june 17, than they said it was delivered in july 2017. But now it was 17th august, still no news from honda atlas.

    I am very much disjointed from the services of your dealership (Honda City Sales) Feroze pur Road Lahore.
    I submitted my Car AJB-790 for repairing (Front and Rear bumpers paint and front fender Denting and painting).
    I dropped my car on March 27, 2019 and they promised to deliver me on March 30, 2019. But Nobody contact me on promised delivery date
    next day was Sunday
    I tried to contact the concerned person on 1st April , but unable to talk as his number was powered off
    then i tried to call on given landline numbers 042-5881881-3, 5858681-3 (Mentioned on CAR RECEIVING FORM), but unable to talk .
    Next day on April 2nd I got the number of Mr Imran (0312-4341119). He asked me to receive car at 5:30 in evening. i reached there on give time to get may car.called frequently to Mr. Imran but unable to meet or even talk to him. my car was not ready (its work was still pending), so i left the there and came back.Next day (April 3rd, 2019) again I called to Concerned adviser . he asked me to receive car on 4:30 PM. I reached there on given time and tried to meet Mr. Imran or concerned person but unfortunately unable to meet any responsible person even after almost 2 hours. I visited the car by myself and found its work was not completed yet. its fender paint quality was very Bad. I talked the workers there , they all tried to deceive me and asked to receive the car in same condition and everything will be fine latter. I refused to receive the car and requested to to let me meet to some senior person. the lady at reception tried to arrange my meeting with service manager MR. Dr .Imran but he dint also not given time to meet
    below are my concerns
    1-From last one week i am using taxi for my office and my children to drop at school
    2- I visited 2-3 times to City sales to receive my car, i used to get off early from my office for this and used taxi
    3- I suffered a lot of mental and physical fatigue and financial loss
    It is requested to take a serious action against the concerned and resolve my issue at earliest

    Dear Sir,
    I have dropped my Honda BRV (AMX-944) at Honda Centre, 300 Peshawar Road app racecourse, Rawalpindi on Friday 27 Sept 2019 around 9am for post 10,000 km service with a compliant on “missing”.
    However, during my visit on Monday 30th Sept Mr Ahmed Raza at Honda Centre showed me a damaged engine, and advised me that the Engine need to be serviced / overhauled as it was damaged by rain water, which will cost me a substantial amount ( pictures of the engine are attached) as it is not a design or manufacturing fault, and not covered under warranty either.
    As I have insurance via TPL as per recommendations of Honda Centre Rawalpindi, Mr. Azhar Khan from TPL based on the same location i.e. Honda Centre Rawalpindi, also have a look at the engine and refused to take this case under Insurance
    I hereby request you to take my claim of accidental damage of the engine repair/overhaul under insurance/warranty and return my car in good and sound condition.
