    I have purchased Suzuki 110 motorbike from Suzuki Mardan last year. Know i want to repair it, but there is no spare parts in Suzuki Mardan Showroom.
    Know i have serious problem about those spare parts. Kindly provide him original Suzuki Spare part to Mardan Suzuki or kindly send me name of other authorized dealership that i can easily purchased those spare tools for my bike.
    I will waiting for your reply otherwise i will sell it to somebody else if those spare parts were not easily available in market.

    I bought suzuki cultus AGS on 22nd March 2019 through bank loan by Suzuki Taxilla Motors GT Road Taxilla . The sales executive also demands 20,000 PKR which i have paid along with full payment as for OWN of the vehicle. I am surprised that although the invoice of the car is of my name so why they are demanding OWN and knowing this fact that the Taxilla motors is one of the SUZUK authorized dealer.
    Is sales executive can demand such illegal money by a customer while sitting in the premisses of authorized suzuki dealer??

    Dear Sir/Ma’am,
    The sole aim of writing this letter to you is to inform you about the injustice being going on at Suzuki Showroom at my home town, Jhang Sadar.
    There is only one showroom of Suzuki in this city and because my car was in an accident which ruined it almost completely and because it was covering it’s time of insurance; I was told that the wise decision was to submit it to the showroom. Well I am very sorry to inform you that wasn’t the wisest of decisions and so far I am very disappointed in the services being provided there. It has been more than 3 months today that I last gave them the car and when I visited the showroom today they took time for another week to repair it’s body and then start the fitting. When the car was being registered there, I was informed that it would take a month; consequently it has been 3 months. On the other hand If the car was sent to a local workshop, I am pretty sure it would have taken for about a week to look like a brand new car. I don’t mean to be rude, but fairly I am simply disappointed in the service provided.
    Was it because the car was covering it’s insurance and we didn’t have to pay any money?
    Anyways, they have started working on the car and I would be very grateful if the company could contact the showroom and atleast tell them to make it quick.
    The showroom is based on Faisalabad Road, near Chiniot Mord, Jhang Sadar.
    I shall be very thankful if the company could look into this matter.
