  1. I have strong concern on the services of TEM.
    I availed 1000 km service of my toyota corolla Grande on April 13, 2016.
    Their services are pathatic. I have rcorded my following complaints and I dropped my car through driver and earlier on April 09, 2016 I personally visited and due to time connstraints I delivered my car through driver.
    Please find the following jobs needs to be addressed in the 1st inspection of my car.
    1. Seat belt alarm/indication not appearing, some conflict due to tracker connections with air bags and seat belt indication.
    2. Left side top corner of dash board have sound seems of tracker device placed loose and it’s one of the screw is rolling.
    3. Steering is not straight it’s direction is tilted to left.
    4. Car slight moving left in straight road.
    5. Front right door speaker sound like damaged speaker on high base music needs checkup and replacement.
    6. It’s coolant checked by eastern motors reported side bottle empty, checks required for any leakage.
    7. It’s average meter is not representative of average consumption.
    8. Sound system USB ports to be checked for audio and Vedeo formats.
    9. Side back view mirrors auto close smoothly but one close slightly delay as compares to other.
    10. Front bumper left side from bottom scratched not by me seems earlier.
    11. Trunk is closing with force, fine adjustment required.
    12. Driver foot board inner side and bottom side is rough and have scratches since delivery.
    Only complaint No. 01 addressed and the complaint No. 3 attended but now its tilted towards right. complaint No. 5 was addressed in a unique way by reducing the base value in the system and reported okay where as all the problems exists as such.
    If there is such complaints in your top of the line car the what will be the level of others.

My several concerns are against toyota hyderabad center of service dept, my toyot crolla 2015 ,10000 km running car had a miner problem of starting thats’ why I went toyota hyd center for resolve that mater ,after lot of wait about 9:45am an service adviser named Arslan came on his seat ,then I request him for my car probleum he suggest computer for diagnose p robleum @ rate of pkr3500,after computer they said probleum is in center lock,I said ok disconnect to centerlock ,then they said pkr 5000 to be charged for that cutoff of wire.then again we put on car to computer & again charge 3500pkr &again diagnose another p robleum.then I went complain to complain center deptt about their behavoir & their skills ,but unfortunately deptt did n’t took any action about their behavior & roudness.
    I m always Custmer of toyota but , now I think toyota hyd center don’t want Custmer .

  4. Please my car has a serious fault. The ocassionally engine goes off when break is applied. The car is Toyota camry V6 1995 model. I have change the fuel pump yet the problem keeps resurfacing everyday.

Plz have a consideration on my querry that how I was charged @Rs.5400 for only calipar kit which costs upto Rs.700 in local market. though callipar kit was also purchased by T.AB.M from local market.If you can purchase it from local market than why I prefer Toyota to have genuine spare as compare to market.This attitude reveals the dishonesty of the staff and can bring bad reputation on company’s name.

  6. I booked a car from toyota township motor dealer in Lahore on 29 April 2016 but I have not received the car until today that is 19th September 2016
    Please give reason for delay and date of delivery ad soon as possible

  7. Maine new etios 2016 li hai mera front mirror krak hua tha jodhpur company mai change karvaya change kiya tab body mai screech kar diye complain bhi ki lakin jodhpur rishi toyato ne koi interest nahi liya i am not happy with toyato 9649725885 jabbar singh rathore

I booked a car through NIB Bank sukkur branch on 7 August 2016 .toyota eastern karachi dealer contacted few days ago that u your car will be delivered in feb 2017,where as toyota always claim that toyota will deliver within three months.Booking is first step towards owner and purchaser always claim customer care,im searching the disease called customer care.
    Please give reason for delay and date of delivery and soon as possible

    Corolla GLI 2015 Silver Colour, I have dropped my car one week before my panel have been stolen, my car is isured through Adamjee.
    I have given my car in right condition i.e my remote was working they dropped car remote in water thats why its not working and then my panel was stolen, and now they are not working indeed I have given them approval for waving off FIR from Adamjee but too much slow response from toyota highway motors.
    I demand immediate action.
